Beaubri Basenji's is now taking adoption applications for our 2010/ 2011 Litter Plans:

As always I only breed for the amount of placement homes that I have for the puppies.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL my dogs are placed on CKC Non-Breeding Agreements. There will be no exceptions unless agreed upon in advance and in writing.

Hi There!!

My name is Spike.

I know my name says "The Devil's Advocate" but that couldn't be farther from the truth.....you see, I am a REALLY good boy. I don't chew anything ( except tea towels). I love my toys and love to play. I am house trained and crate trained. In general, I am just a really good boy.

I don't get into any trouble, but I do LOVE to experiment with LIFE!! I need to get involved in anything that's going on. If you go into another room, I follow...into to the bathroom, I follow, into the bedroom, I follow and especially into the kitchen, I follow.... I'm not nosy, I just want to see whatcha doing. I'm just curious, that's all...I AM only 6 months after all.

I am Spunky, or shall I say, 'Spikey' <GRIN> I love my toys and better yet, I LOVE to play. I would be best suited in a home where you have a basenji female or children that I could run and play with or even both.

My Human Mom says I tend to be a bit 'busy'. I don't know, I just am who I am. As I get older, I promise I will settle down. Mom says that should take about a year or so.

I AM a basenji and DO demand your attention.

My Mom is Phoenix and my Dad is Beau.

If you are interested in Spike please contact Simone Gaudet for more information.

To be considered for placement on the waiting list please fill out our Online Adoption Form as our puppies are usually spoken for well in advance.

Please note that Mother Nature tends to want to do her own thing and breeders can only estimate what is expected in a litter. Therefore, you never know for certain exactly what there will be for color or sex until the puppies are actually born.

If interested in an older dog that may be available for adoption rather than a puppy please click HERE.
